El Born Museum
This site was an archeological dig site close to the water front of Barcelona Harbor. It used to be an important industrial section of town. The museum discussed this area and how the surrounding areas were involved in the War of Succession. It was a pretty brutal war for the Barcelona area.

The Magic Fountain
Be sure to check out some of the videos below. The images look great, but the videos really show how spectacular the show is. The sound on my little $250 phone didn’t really come through too well. Probably can just throw it into AI to improve. The first video is before the show started, so maybe check out the second video first.
That fountain pushes A LOT of water. I guess it was broken for years, then they fixed and upgraded it recently. This thing probably pushes like a hot tub of water every minute! It actually broke in the third video. People were bummed out, then they rebooted it and they finished the show.

Walking Home

This coliseum looking building used to be a bull fighting ring. Now it’s a mall! Seems so civilized 🙂 We’ll be back here on a future post. Too interesting to pass up.

The temperature was ideal so we decided to walk home. What a good move! We got several pictures of great street art and even a street concert! I could hear some music off in the distance so we followed the sound. It was a street full of young people with a rock concert! In the middle of the street at 11pm! The Spanish know how to have fun 🙂 The police shut down the street for the show. What a good use of taxpayer funds lol. It was in an industrial area so hopefully it didn’t keep too many families up at night.
