We got to do two days in Disneyland Paris! What a blast! Both days were overcast, so the outdoor pictures have a lot of touch-up work to make them snap. But, the park wasn’t too crowded which is always a plus for rainy days in Disneyland.
My family is really into Disneyland so this will be a real-deal comparison between Disneyland Paris, and the original Disneyland California.

They had a hedge maze in DL Paris. We were hoping to get one at Versailles, but no luck as there weren’t any hedge mazes there. This makes up for it π Although, quite too simple to be a puzzle of any sort.

I Think We Passed Into Frontierland Somewhere

The roller coaster is on its own island! I’d say that it’s better than Big Thunder Mountain in CA.

The Haunted Mansion
Online people said that The Haunted Mansion Paris was better than The Haunted House CA. I liked it, but I beg to differ.

Next Up – Discoveryland (aka Tomorrowland)
Hyper Space Mountain is arguably better than Space Mountain IMO. Space Mountain is/was my fav coaster of all time (back when it was 2001 Space Odyssey). Hyper Space Mountain has two loops! It launches you at start as well. It’s really good!

Fireworks – Disney Tales of Magic
And we saved the best for last. This was really a treat! They project videos onto the castle at night. The scope and complexity of the show is wild. They have not only the projection system, but a fountain show (with fire), lasers, fireworks, and a drone show all in one. Check out the images and videos below! All-in-all the best show I’ve ever seen of this type. In fact the only show that comes close is the World Of Color show in Disneyland California Adventure (which I would say is on par but they’re so different). Honestly, this show is so good it’s almost worth the price of admission, lodging, and transportation just to see it!

Day 2 at the Disney Studios Park coming up next…
