On this day we visited a local park called Ciutadella Park, it houses many unique sites including the Barcelona Zoo, the parliament building (possibly the main parliament building in Spain, not sure), a large greenhouse, a museum (under construction), a lake with tons of people in canoes, a monument, and tons of people many with kids.
On the Way There

Made it to Ciutadella Park
This park has a lot of history. I think it was once a fort used to protect the city of Barcelona. At some point it became a fort used to basically enslave the people of Barcelona (I think). The history of how the forts in Barcelona were used against the people of Barcelona itself is quite remarkable. I’ll cover more of that when we get to Montjuïc Castle.
