Traveling in disguise today! This is the Bastille monument. There used to be a prison here but it was torn down shortly after the revolution in the late 1700s.

Place des Vosges

This is a really old section of town with connections to many famous people.

Got some hot chocolate here (yum) 🙂

Carnavalet Museum

This museum was great, and free! We came back for a second day later on. I learned a lot about the history of Paris here.

A whole room dedicated to signs.

Saw this in a gallery walking down the street.

Hôtel de Ville – Paris City Hall

Note: They often don’t have toilet seats in public bathrooms!

The glare is really bad, but decided to post these anyways. I think the inventor of the saxophone was from Paris.
