Much of the day was spent sleeping (jet lag). We got in the night before and were really just thankful to have made it here with no issues. Everything went well, but it’s a LONG trip! However we managed to get down to Gare du Nord (train station) and grab some monthly public transportation passes ($80/person). This gets you access to all forms of public transportation in Paris (subway, buses, trams, trains). We use this everyday to get around Paris! The average wait time at a transit stop has been about 3 minutes so far! I’ve never seen anything like the transportation system in Paris…
