The Opera House
Through the Shopping Mall to the Great View
I noticed that there were people taking photos on a roof just across from the Opera. They didn’t seem like a private party, but somehow looked like tourists just like us. Kimberley managed to figure out how to get use there, and what a treat it was to see how fantastical the mall was! I think this is Galeries Lafayette.
The Great View (on a cloudy day)
It was fun to get up there and see many of the sites that we’ve spent weeks investigating all in one spot. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and of course the Opera House. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great.
Heading Back
The journey back was a pretty complex web of escalators, tunnels, and turnstiles. But we made it đŸ™‚
